This image is a booking photo, more commonly known as a mug shot, normally produced in the regular operations of a law enforcement agency or correctional facility. It is believed that the use of this photograph to illustrate the person in question, where no free alternative exists or could be created, on Pensapedia, hosted on servers in the United States, qualifies as fair use under United States copyright law.
