Oh Snap! Cupcakes and Gourmet Bakery

Oh Snap! Cupcakes & Gourmet Bakery is a locally owned and operated bakery located near Central Downtown Pensacola at 707 E. Cervantes St. This bakery specializes in over 40 flavors of gourmet cupcakes---in addition to making wedding cakes and fabulous birthday and event cakes. They opened in July 2010 and are owned and operated by a native Pensacolian: Lee Newkirk. Oh Snap! Cupcakes is dedicated to baking fresh daily from scratch, including many Gluten-free and Vegan choices. In January 2010, Oh Snap! Cupcakes partnered with the City of Pensacola by providing over 75 King Cakes for the 12th night celebration on Jan 6th, which kicked off the official start of the Mardi Gras Season.
