List of City of Pensacola ordinances, 1932

The following is a list of ordinances adopted by the City of Pensacola in 1932.

No. 1	No. 11	An ordinance granting to the Pensacola Coach Corporation, its successors or assigns, certain rights, privileges, grants and franchises.
	No. 12	An ordinance making provision for tax payers to deposit funds with the City for the current year's taxes.
	No. 13	An ordinance providing for a Pension Board, its duties, requirements of pensioners, amount to be paid, method of payment and acts relating to pensions and pensioners all under and in accordance with Section 96 of the Council Manager Charter.
	No. 14	An ordinance providing for sanitation; prohibiting certain unsanitary acts and conditions; requiring and regulating the installation of septic tanks; requiring certain property to be connected with sewerage and water systems and other sanitary requirements.
	No. 15	An ordinance defining "milk" and certain "milk products," "milk producer," "pasteurization," etc., prohibiting the sale of adulterated and misbranded milk and milk products, requiring permits for the sale of milk and milk products, regulating the inspection of dairy farms and milk plants, the testing, grading, labelling, placarding, pasteurization, regrading, distribution, sale and denaturing of milk and milk products, providing for the publishing of milk grades, the construction of future dairies and milk plants, the enforcement of this ordinance, and the fixing of penalties.
	No. 16	An ordinance levying a tax on sales of electricity, gas (natural or manufactured), water and telephone service; providing for the collection of such tax and providing for the disposition thereof; and prescribing penalties for the violation of the provision of this ordinance.
	No. 17	An ordinance defining who are wholesale produce peddlers; providing for the payment and issuance of a license for such; for displaying a sign and license number on vehicles used in wholesale produce peddling, and providing for a penalty for violating the provisions of this ordinance.
	No. 18	An ordinance providing for keeping, selling, serving, and distributing oysters, shell fish, clams and fish, and providing for a penalty for violating the provisions of this ordinance.
	No. 19	An ordinance making it unlawful for any person to occupy, encroach upon, obstruct or enclose any street, park or other property, or any part or portion thereof, of the City of Pensacola, without the written permission of the City Manager, authorized by resolution of the City Council, first had and obtained, or have, maintain, occupy, use, or cause to be maintained, occupied, or used, any fence, enclosure, building, house, shed, tent, or any structure or obstruction whatsoever on any street, park or other property, or any part or portion thereof, of the City of Pensacola, without the written permission of the City Manager, authorized by resolution of the City Council, first had and obtained, and providing for the removal of same.
	No. 20	An ordinance to amend Chapter XXV of the Code of Ordinances of 1920, relating to license taxes.
	No. 21	An ordinance relating to the assessment and levy of taxes for the fiscal year 1932-33.
	No. 22	An ordinance to amend Chapter XXV of the Code of 1920 of the City of Pensacola as heretofore amended and which is hereby further amended, by reducing the annual license tax on junk shops from one hundred dollars to fifty dollars.
	No. 23	An ordinance making appropriations for the payment of the expenses of the City Government and all departments and branches of the City, and for the payment on account the bonded indebtedness of the City of Pensacola, during the fiscal year beginning November 1st, 1932.
No. 2	No. 1	An ordinance to amend Chapter XXV of the Code of 1920 of the City of Pensacola, as heretofore amended, and which is hereby further amended by grading and reducing the annual license tax on persons, firms and corporations manufacturing, bottling and selling soft drinks at wholesale.
