This article still needs a ton of work, but I wanted to get it started. Please add what you can. — admin • talk 18:56, 4 November 2008 (UTC)
By the way, there's a slight discrepancy regarding streetcar dates. This source says the Avery law & subsequent boycotts occurred in 1905, but in the streetcar system article we have Stone & Webster taking over the system in 1906. — admin • talk 18:59, 4 November 2008 (UTC)
- According to page 36 of the company-published Stone & Webster Public Service Journal from July-December 1907 (which is incidentally a nice little passage detailing Pensacola and the state of the rail system at the time):
- It is here that Stone & Webster saw a good field, and in May, 1906, they purchased the railway and lighting properties.

- Hmm... It's possible they were looking into purchasing the utility in 1905, thus the report. Could the boycott have killedthe Pensacola Electric Terminal Company? I may buy that book (instead of just using the limited preview on Google) and check the dates of the primary sources. — admin • talk 12:09, 6 November 2008 (UTC)
