Seville Inn & Suites was a motel located at 223 East Garden Street. It was owned by Michael Donovan prior to his death in late 2007, after which his wife Patty began seeking a buyer for the property.
The inn closed on October 22, 2007. Its contents were auctioned off on February 18, 2008.
