Aragon Court was a low-income housing project that opened in 1940. Built during segregation, Aragon Court was originally for white residents only, as opposed to the all-black Attucks Court project built on West Cervantes Street at the same time.
The project was demolished in 1998 to make way for the new urbanist Aragon neighborhood. The land where the project
