Actually, "Community Maritime Park Associates, Inc." was the name of the three-party group (Studer, Fetterman, Cavanaugh) that presented the proposal to the City Council. A quick, non-scientific search of the PNJ archives show the name dating back to at least early 2005. --[[User:Admin|Admin]] 01:27, 25 March 2007 (CDT)
==Rewrite==
When I first started this article, it was mainly about the referendum. I think I may try to rewrite the main article, incorporating the new renderings and other info, and have a separate article that covers the referendum.
