The '''Escambia County Administrator''' is the executive head of [[Escambia County, Florida]]. The position is appointed by the [[Escambia County Board of County Commissioners]] and is responsible for carrying out the decisions made by the Board.
The current most recent administrator is [[George Touart]], who has served since from April [[2002]]until September [[2007]], when he resigned following criticism of his personal dealings with entities that do business with the County. His salary at the time of his resignation was $155,252 annually, plus various benefits. Assistant County Administrator [[Bob McLaughlin]] will serve as interim administrator until a replacement for Touart can be found.
