The '''Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA)''' is a [[City of Pensacola]] agency tasked with guiding the redevelopment of [[downtown Pensacola]] and downtown-area neighborhoods. The CRA district encompasses all of the City south of [[Cervantes Street]] and between [[A Street]] to the west and [[17th Avenue]] to the east.
The most recent director of the CRA was is [[David A. C. Bailey]], who tendered a notice of his resignation on [[June 17]], [[2007]], but will remain in the position until [[August 3]]. At this time it is not clear who will be named the new director of the Community Redevelopment Agency , or if the agency will simply be assimilated into the [[Community Development Department]] of the [[City of Pensacola]].{{fact}}
