This image was probably taken in either late [[1909]], [[1910]], or early [[1911]]. It is taken from the [[American National Bank Building]], which was completed in 1910; however, the old County Jail/current Cultural Center, completed in [[1911]], is not yet standing at SE corner [[Government Street|Government]] and [[Zaragoza Street]]s.
