[[Merrill Lynch]] occupied the building for several years before relocating to [[Palafox Pier]]. The current tenant is [[Delta Health Group]]. Bricks from the theater were salvaged by during the renovation and make up the floor in [[Seville Quarter]] and make up the floor in the 's "Phineas Phogg's" dance hall.
