Celestino Moreno Jones

Jones came to Pensacola at a young age and attended the schools of Pensacola before studying law under his father. He was admitted to the bar in [[1886]]. After practicing law with his father for many years, Jones served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the [[Northern District of Florida]]. In [[1900]], Jones was elected to the Florida House of Representatives. From [[1901]]-[[1902]] he served as [[mayor of Pensacola]].<ref name="memoirs">Rerick, Rowland H and Francis Philip Fleming.
