The '''National Flight Academy''' ('''NFA''') is a $26.5 million project under construction next to the [[National Naval Aviation Museum]] on [[NAS Pensacola]]. When completed, the NFA will be the home of a weeklong educational camp for seventh- to 12th-grade students (similar to [[Wikipedia:United States Space Camp|Space Camp]] in Huntsville, Alabama). The academy will teach science, math and technology, with a focus on Naval aviation.
Groundbreaking for the project took place on [[June 916]], [[2009]].
