East and West '''Sunset Avenues Avenue''' (aka Highway 295A) are the is a major thoroughfares east-west thoroughfare through an historical and residential area known traditionally as "the historic [[Navy Point" ]] residential neighborhood in the [[Warrington area of Pensacola]], Florida on along [[Bayou Grande]]. Subdivided in 1918, adjacent to NAS Pensacola, part of the Vichy Springs project, some of the houses were built as early at 1927. Later, many of the homes were Federally {{road-subsidized to house the families of American and allied pilots who trained at NAS Pensacola during WWII and the Korean War.
