At [http://www.stjohnshistoriccemetery.com/commemoration_days_main.htm], a bit down the page under "Pensacola Police of the Past", there are five PPD photos... the first two are c. 1890s and I have uploaded them as PD-old. Of the latter three, the third's date is unknown; the fourth is from 1938, and the fifth is from 1952. The alt comments for the images state they are courtesy of the Pensacola Police Department. Would you gander then that the PPD is copyright holder? Do you know if they are eligible to hold copyright?
