Aylstock, Witkin, Kreis & Overholtz is a law firm that specializes in personal injury and products liability litigation, including mass torts work. It was founded as Aylstock, Witkin & Sasser on June 25, 2001.[1] The firm was reorganized as Aylstock, Witkin, Kreis & Overholtz on March 23, 2007.[2]
The firm has two offices: the first at 55 Baybridge Drive in Gulf Breeze, and a new headquarters at 803 North Palafox Street (the former State Board of Health building) in Pensacola.
On November 3, 2005, Vice Admiral Jack Fetterman announced that the firm had purchased and donated the entire collection of Navy memorabilia from the defunct Trader Jon's nightclub to the Naval Aviation Museum Foundation.[3] The collection will be displayed in the maritime museum that bears Fetterman's name.
