Arthur Herbert D'Alemberte was a businessman and civil servant who served for many years as Municipal Tax Collector and Escambia County Tax Collector. He was brother of W. A. D'Alemberte.

D'Alemberte served for several years on the Pensacola City Council, but was removed from office in December 1906 after a jury ruled that he did not reside in the precinct which he represented on Council.[1]

He later moved to Biloxi, Mississippi.[2]
