I grabbed a photo portrait of Theo from the PNJ slideshow before the image got taken offline. (The page itself is still here for now.) Think it qualifies as fair use? — admin • talk  20:47, 3 November 2008 (UTC)

Yeah, I saw that when I was starting the article, but I forgot all of the fair use stuff I learned in the early days at Wikipedia and was too lazy to look it up. You've uploaded other copyrighted images, like Image:MeganPratt.jpg or Image:JerryMaygarden.jpg, with fair use rationale, so in that vein, I guess. I don't know if the PNJ actually owns the copyright to the Baars photo, and even if they did, and happened to notice it here, what's the worst that could happen? dscosson • talk 21:46, 3 November 2008 (UTC)
