After Rev. [[Hugh King]] was arrested on [[April 28]], [[2007]] for possession of cocaine, it was revealed that a Board member convicted of a felony may be removed by a two-thirds vote of the remaining Board. This has not yet occurredInitially, and Chairman chairman Lacey Collier has stated that King must decide for himself if his "effectiveness as a trustee has been compromised by the allegations."<ref>[http://www.pensacolanewsjournal.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=2007705020328 "King set for day in court] - ." ''Pensacola News Journal'', May 2, 2007</ref>  After King pleaded no contest to the charges, the Board voted 11-1 (with only King dissenting) to remove him in February [[2008]]. [[Bentina Terry]] was selected to take his place on [[April 11]].
