''Emerald Coast Review'' is a biennial publication of regional work published by [[West Florida Literary Federation]]. ECR is collection of work submitted by local writers, artists and poets and provides a record of the area’s literary thought over the years. The most recent volume, XVII, was published in 2013 and edited by Regina Sakalorios-Rogers, creative writing instructor at University of West Florida.
