'''Fiesta Days''' is a music festival the event that marks the beginning of the [[Fiesta of Five Flags]] celebration. It is held at [[Seville Quarter]] and in recent years has been sponsored by the law firm of [[Emmanuel, Sheppard & Condon]]. The entire complex transforms into five decorated rooms complete with food representing each of the five flags flown over Pensacola; Spanish, French, British, Confederate, and American.
