Norma Fleming Murray (b. 1951) is a Pensacola businesswoman who owns the trio of Norma's restaurants, which she started in 1988 with a lunch counter in the Dillard's department store in Cordova Mall and has since added two locations in downtown Pensacola. Before entering the restaurant business, she was a teacher for seven years and a stay-at-home mom for another seven.
In 2002 she published a cookbook, As Always, containing more than 100 of her recipes.
In 2007 she purchased the site of the William F. Lee House, demolished after Hurricane Ivan, from West Florida Historic Preservation, Inc. for $625,000. The lot at Alcaniz Street and Bayfront Parkway was previously considered by Robert de Varona for the site of his Varona's restaurant, but when he chose a different location, Murray was able to buy it for her Lee House Bed & Breakfast project, planned to open in 2009.
