Ray Gindroz is an urban planner whose Pittsburgh-based firm Urban Design Associates (UDA) has helped design the Community Redevelopment Agency's Historic District Master Plan and the revised conceptual plans for the Community Maritime Park. UDA is part of a group, along with initial park designer Caldwell Associates, that was chosen by the Community Maritime Park Associates to write the park's final design criteria.
