The Marquis de Romana is a 7,700 square foot building at 801 West Romana Street. Formerly a warehouse space for the Busbee Tomato Company, it was purchased by development company Deep Water Bend and renovated in 2007 for use as an office building. It will be occupied by the building's contractor, Williams-Brown, currently based out of Cantonment.
A second phase to build a new, 9,000 square foot building on another part of the property will be completed in mid-2008.
