Barracks Street
north end: Main Street
south end: Port of Pensacola

Barracks Street is a short north-south street in downtown Pensacola. The street currently begins at Main Street and travels about a tenth of a mile southward, intersecting no other streets, but providing access to Bartram Park and the Fish House and Atlas Oyster House. Barracks Street terminates into the Port of Pensacola.

History

At one point, Barracks Street extended north of Main to at least Church Street. Although Barracks Street between Church and Main has been filled in with grass and Pensacola Historic Village buildings, there is still signage at the corner of what was Church and Barracks Streets.
