Martine's was a restaurant and banquet hall facility located at 4101 Mobile Highway, in "The Circle" area of West Pensacola.

It was opened in 1942 by James Marks and Christine Marks and quickly became a popular spot for luncheons, banquets and other special events.

In the mid 1950's another 1,350-seat building was added.

The Martine's complex housed the first Kentucky Fried Chicken franchise in the area, opening in 1962 and closing in 1988.

Martine's restaurant closed in 1973. Martine's business office closed in 1989 and the building became dilapidated over the next decade and a half.

After being damaged in Hurricane Ivan, the structure was completely renovated in 2005 to house Stokes Victory Polaris.[1]
