Willoughby Augustus D'Alemberte was a well-known pharmacist and proprietor of a drugstore at various locations on Palafox Street. D'Alemberte was a graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Pharmacy. He was brother of A. H. D'Alemberte.
As of 1894, W. A. D'Alemberte also served in the following capacities:
