The Belmont Arts & Cultural Center is a community arts center located in the heart of the Belmont-DeVilliers neighborhood. It has operated out of the Window Factory building at 401 North Reus Street since 1999. It features a gallery and facilities for glass blowing, pottery and glass bead making, among others.
Some of the activities and events hosted by the Belmont Arts Center include:
- Music @ the Belmont: a concert series begun with the "Tin Pan Open Mic" 2004 by Teresa Hill, Chad Bishop and Michael Kinser of MCT Productions
- Hot Glass Cold Beer: glass-blowing demonstrations by Joe Hobbs where patrons enjoy draft beer in hand-blown glasses
- Open Mic Night every Thursday
- Family Art Days and other activities for children
- Classes and workshops in a variety of disciplines
- Studio and facility rentals
