Procedures and Requirments for Voter Registration
Florida Voter Registration Requirments
To register to vote in the state of Florida you must be a citizen of the United States, be a resident of Florida, be 18 years old (you may pre-register to vote at age 16), and be able to provide your current and valid Florida driver's license or Florida identification card number. Now you may not be decreed mentally incapacitated or convicted of a felony without your civil having been restored.
How to Apply to Register to Vote
1. Fill in the Voter Registration Application online. 2. Print the application. 3. Verify that all of the information on your application is complete. The office where you register, your decision not to register, your Social Security Number, Florida driver’s license number and your Florida identification card number will remain confidential and will be used only for voter registration purposes. 4. Sign your application. 5. Place the application in an envelope with a first class stamp. 6. Mail the application to your county Supervisor of Elections. You may also opt to mail or hand deliver the application to any Supervisor of Elections' office in the state, a driver’s license office, a voter registration agency, an armed forces recruitment office, or the Division of Elections. 7. If your application is complete and you qualify as a voter, the Supervisor of Elections will mail you a voter information card as official notification that you are registered to vote. If you do not receive your card within 8 weeks, or if you have any questions, call your Supervisor of Elections. 8. You must be registered for at least 29 days before you can vote in an election.
If the information on the application is not true, the applicant can be convicted of a felony of the third degree, fined up to $5,000, and/or imprisoned for up to 5 years.

Early Voting Dates and Locations for the Pensacola Primary Election
Early voting for the 2010 Primary Election begins on Monday, August 9, 2010 and will run through August 21st.
Early Voting Locations: Supervisor of Elections Main Office, 213 Palafox Place, 2nd Floor; Supervisor of Elections Annex, 292 Muscogee Road, Cantonment; West Florida Genalogy Library, 5740 N. Ninth Ave; Southwest Branch Library, 12248 Gulf Beach Highway.
Early Voting Hours: Monday, August 9 through Friday, August 13 - 8:30 a.m until 4:30 p.m; Saturday, August 14 - 8:30 a.m until 12:30 p.m; Sunday, August 15 - 11:30 a.m until 3:30 p.m; Monday, August 16 through Saturday, August 21 - 8:30 a.m until 4:30 p.m.

For the upcoming 2010 Primary and General Elections, please note the following polling location changes:
Polling locations for the following precincts have moved:
Precinct 14 will move to Fricker Community Center, 900 North F St. Precinct 30 will move to Vickrey Community Center, 2130 Summit Blvd. Precinct 32 will move to Sanders Beach-Corrine Jones Community Center, 913 South I St. Precinct 47 will move to Brownsville Baptist Church, 2601 W Strong St. Precinct 63 will move to Smyrna Baptist Church 7000 N Pensacola Blvd. Precinct 82 will move to Brownsville Baptist Church, 2601 W Strong St. Precinct 94 will move to Pensacola Beach Community Church, 920 Panferio Dr.
Polling locations for the following precincts have not moved, but the name has changed:
Precinct 61 & 73 will change its name to Ambassador for Christ Convention of Churches, 8600 W Highway 98. Precinct 107 will change its name to Flamingo Road Church, 3351 Creighton Rd.
