- 1916 – A referendum election is held in which City of Pensacola voters reject changes to the Pensacola city charter.
- 2004 – The Overby Enterprises building at Palafox and Main Streets suffers a fire. The building was later demolished.
- 2007 – The Brass Polisher business suffers a fire.
