name of saloon / how to start new article

Thanks. Thiesen's saloon was on the southwest corner of Baylen and Intendencia streets. I do not know its name. I do not know Thiesen's date of death. Changing the subject, I would like to start an article on yellow fever epidemics in Pensacola. Could you tell me how to start an article, or create a stub article for me to edit?
