- November 1 – The Halloween Night Fire destroys the structures on the west side of Palafox Street between Garden and Romana Streets
- Seamarge, a thirty-room mansion commissioned by William Alexander Blount, Sr., is completed.
- J. B. Lockey became the first principal of Pensacola Senior High School.
- Pensacola Senior High School graduated its first graduating class, consisting of two students: Dudley Barrow and Nell Richards.
