Whibbs & Stone, P.A. is a Pensacola-based law firm that specializes in personal injury, business law, estate planning, real estate and criminal law. It is headquartered at 105 East Gregory Square, an office building that was at one time a funeral home.[2]
Originally known as Whibbs & Whibbs, the firm was made up of Vince "Vinnie" Whibbs, Jr. and his son and daughter-in-law, Donovan and Suzanne Whibbs. Vinnie was forced to leave the firm when it was discovered he had misappropriated clients' trust funds. He was later disbarred and convicted of fraud.[3] It was renamed Whibbs, Rayboun & Stone for partners Michael Rayboun and Scott Stone, and again to the current name after Rayboun's departure in (date needed).
