• 1882 – The Pensacola City Council passed an ordinance allowing steel track for a streetcar system to be placed in the roadways.
• 1956 – A group of business and professional men met to discuss the creation of what would become the Rotary Club of Pensacola Suburban West.
• 1995 – Pensacola High School Horace Jones notified authorities of an alleged sexual assault that took place at the school, nearly a month after the incident took place.
