Fiore of Pensacola, Inc. is a downtown florist and event design shop founded in February 2006 by Shannon Pallin, a Washington High School graduate who returned to Pensacola after starting her floral design career in San Diego and New York City. "Fiore" is the Italian word for "flower."

Originally headquartered at 115 South Street, Fiore relocated its main store to 32 Palafox Place in early 2008. The other location is still used as a warehouse for event product storage.

Pallin organized Pensacola's first Art in Bloom event, modeled after similar events in other cities, which was held April 10-13, 2008. Her Fiore team and former colleague Nico De Swert provided floral designs for the Pensacola Museum of Art fundraiser.
