The café serves a variety of coffees and other beverages, as well as soups, sandwiches, and desserts, all of which contain no animal products. The café also offers three-course vegan dinner dinners and brunches, on Thursdays and Sundays, respectively. End of the Line is owned and operated by [[Ryan ModeeJen Knight]] and [[Jen KnightRyan Modee]].

The café has ample seating inside as well as limited seating outdoors in the rear, as well as male and female bathroom facilities. The café also features a modest selection of books and board games for patrons to enjoy, as well as three internet-enabled computers that are available for use with "a suggested donation of 10¢ per minute".
