Changes

Morgan holds an M.A. degree in Business Administration and Management from [[Webster University ]] and a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice from [[Southeast Missouri State University]]. He served in the United States Air Force for more than 20 years, the bulk of which he spent as an Air Force Police Officer. He has completed a number of advanced law enforcement training programs. Since 1994, Morgan has operated a private investigation agency.
