Court of North Hill

Artist's rendering of the Court of North Hill project

The Court of North Hill is a downtown Pensacola housing development consisting of 22 Victorian, Painted Lady-style townhomes along Spring Street between La Rua and Jackson Streets.

The project was developed by former Escambia County Commissioner Mike Bass and Pelican Real Estate & Development, which began accepting reservations on February 2, 2005.[1] Architect Carter Quina designed the homes to resemble the historic residences of North Hill. The Square Ring Gym (Brent House) at 200 West La Rua was razed to make way for the development.

The units were priced from $375,000 to $699,000 and were completed in March 2007.[2]
