'''Jeremy Cassady''' is a deupty with the [[Escambia County Sheriff's Office]] who was seriously injured while responding to a home invasion on [[October 29]], [[2010]]. He was one of three deputies shot by [[Philip Monier]], who allegedly broke into the home to confront his ex-girlfriend [[Jackie Rosenbloom]] and demand the return of a ring he had given her. When deputies responded to a 911 call made by Rosenbloom, Monier held her hostage and fired at the deputies.
