Do we have a source on the construction date? Historic architecture of Pensacola by Earle W. Newton (1969) states the Marine Terminal was built in 1892. The book is wrong about other details, though, such as the address of the C. B. Dorr House, so it's possible this is just incorrect. 10:57, 5 December 2007 (CST)
