- 1693 – Pez-Sigüenza expedition: Two ships depart Veracruz for Pensacola Bay.
- 1933 – The Pensacola Historical Society is incorporated as a non-profit educational organization.
- 2003 – Festival Park: In a special referendum, City of Pensacola residents vote to overturn the Pensacola City Council's action, effectively canceling the park.
