Stephen A. Taylor (d. October 19, 1982) was a Pensacola police officer he was trying to arrest another suspect when clarence hill ran back to help his friend steven pulled his gun to shoot clarence hill but stevens gun failed to go off so clarence shot steven taylor in the side killing him outside of freedom federal savings bank leaving behind 2 children and a wife all he was trying to d was follow the footsteps of his big brother .
