• 1826 – Benjamin Drake Wright married Josephine de la Rua.
• 2001 – Anti-abortion activist John Burt was arrested at the Community Healthcare Center of Pensacola for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest without violence and violating a noise ordinance.
• 2008 – 15-year-old Daryl Williams was killed in a shooting incident at the Burger King on Pensacola Boulevard. Jamal Lee, 17, was later arrested and charged with murder.
