Quayside Quarters is an office building located at 700 South Palafox Street in downtown Pensacola. It is owned and managed by Thompson-Briggs Developers and has around 52,000 square feet of total space. A courtyard and gazebo is located on the northwest side of the property.
The Quayside Thieves' Market was a longtime occupant of a space fronting onto Palafox.
Current tenants include check scanning company Silver Bullet.
