When was the CMPA established?[edit]
Re: "the CMPA is a board with the duty to develop the park, it did not come into existence until after the September 5, 2006 referendum."
Actually, "Community Maritime Park Associates, Inc." was the name of the three-party group (Studer, Fetterman, Cavanaugh) that presented the proposal to the City Council. A quick, non-scientific search of the PNJ archives show the name dating back to at least early 2005. --Admin 01:27, 25 March 2007 (CDT)
Rewrite[edit]
When I first started this article, it was mainly about the referendum. I think I may try to rewrite the main article, incorporating the new renderings and other info, and have a separate article that covers the referendum. Also, maybe a separate timeline article to help keep track of dates without making the main article hard to read. --Admin 06:53, 29 September 2007 (CDT)
