et Café is a coffee shop located on the ground floor of Tower East. It is owned by Susan Greenwell, who also owns the adjacent Madison's Diner and Ozone Pizza Pub. The coffee shop plays host to various local and travelling acoustic musicians on Friday and Saturday nights. Throughout the week there are various events, ranging from independent films selected by the staff to lectures from local professors. Though the coffee shop is very quaint. The staff does not stay long. This is probably because Susan refuses to pay her staff along with vendors on time and treats everyone like shit. This business will last 3 years tops and it is only because the city of Pensacola clings to any form of culture it may have, but reality is... These businesses are poorly run and Susan is a bitch.
