Joseph B. Roberts is a local aspiring politician. He challenged U.S. Representative Jeff Miller as a Democrat in 2006. He initially pre-filed to oppose him again in 2008, but left the Democratic Party after a dispute with party officials. Roberts continued his campaign as an NPA (no party affiliation), but failed to qualify, and his name was not on the ballot.
