Building Information
Location 120 Church Street

The J. Earle Bowden Building is located in downtown Pensacola, near the Historic Pensacola Village. It is operated by West Florida Historic Preservation, Inc. (WFHPI). The lower floor houses classrooms used by the University of West Florida and collections of historic documents. The upper floor houses WFHPI's administrative offices.

The building is named for J. Earle Bowden, a champion of local history and preservation who was a charter trustee of the Historic Pensacola Preservation Board in 1967, became chairman in 1982, and was made president when it was reorganized as WFHPI in 2001.
