Is Davis Hwy named for Jefferson Davis or someone else? dcosson ··· talk 12:57, 20 May 2007 (CDT)

Almost positive it was Jefferson Davis. However, Lee Street was not named from the General, but for William Franklin Lee, a surveyor who married into the Lloyd family (thus the two streets' proximity).--Admin 13:35, 20 May 2007 (CDT)
