Fred Gunther is the owner and Broker of Gunther Properties and has over 19 years of experience in real estate. He specializes in complex commercial transactions and received his CCIM Designation in October of 2008. CCIM's are recognized as experts in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. He serves as Treasurer on the Community Maritime Park Associates (CMPA) Board of Trustees, as well as on the CMPA operations and audit committee. He has served as chairman of the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the City of Pensacola as well as Chairman of the Downtown Improvement Board Housing Committee
